6. Educational Qualification (Criteria Met)

  • Principal: Master's Degree + B.Ed + 15 Years of relevant experience.

  • PGT: Master's Degree in concerned subject with 50% marks + B.Ed.

  • TGT: Bachelor's Degree in concerned subject with 50% marks + B.Ed + CTET Paper-II.

  • Librarian: Degree/Diploma in Library Science.

  • JSA: Class 12th pass with proficiency in Computer Typing (35 wpm Eng / 30 wpm Hindi).

7. Mode of Selection (Detailed Stages)

The selection process for Advt. 01/2025 follows a rigorous screening mechanism:

  1. Stage 1: Written Examination (CBT): The result declared on March 1, 2026, is for the 150-180 mark objective test. This stage determines the shortlisting for the next phase.

  2. Stage 2: Interview/Demo (Teaching): Candidates shortlisted from CBT (usually in a 1:3 ratio) will undergo an interview. For PGT/TGT, a Demo Teaching session is mandatory.

  3. Stage 3: Skill Test (Non-Teaching): Posts like Stenographer and JSA require a qualifying Shorthand/Typing test. This does not carry merit marks but is essential to pass.

  4. Final Merit Preparation:

    • Teaching Posts: Final merit is prepared with a weightage of 70% for CBT and 30% for Interview/Demo.

    • Non-Teaching Posts: Final merit is usually based 100% on CBT marks, provided the skill test is cleared.
