5. Selection Process (CCE Pattern)
The selection is carried out in three distinct phases:
Phase I: Online Common Entrance Exam (CCE)

8. Service Terms (Agnipath Scheme)

Seva Nidhi Package: Approx ₹10.04 Lakhs (plus interest) at the end of 4 years.

Regular Cadre: 25% of Agniveers will be absorbed into the regular Army as permanent soldiers based on organizational requirements and performance.

Note: Sepoy Pharma, Nursing Assistant, and JCO entries are Regular Cadre and not part of the 4-year Agnipath scheme.
